The Antelope Valley
We are bringing our spay and neuter program to the Antelope Valley for dogs, cats and ferals!
In partnership with Community Effort Spay and Neuter (a division of local rescue, Community Effort Animal Rescue), we are providing low-cost spay and neuter services to every pet in Lancaster, unincorporated Palmdale, Rosamond, and surrounding Antelope Valley cities. Incorporated Palmdale pets have a spay and neuter program funded the City of Palmdale with the same benefits (apply here).
Our mission is to provide affordable sterilization solutions for family pets and feral cats to reduce unwanted/accidental pet pregnancies and create healthier, happier companions! Together, we can improve the quality of life for our precious dogs and cats and reduce the amount of animals who need to find homes.

2025 Antelope Valley Program Details:
Program Coverage: Your pet’s spay or neuter procedure will be provided at a reduced cost. Our program includes take-home pain medication, a cone for your pet’s recovery, and a rabies vaccine (if needed). Microchips are encouraged and can be provided at the pet owner’s expense.
Your Financial Responsibility:
Deposit: A $50 deposit is required when scheduling the appointment.
Eligibility:
Must be an owned pet
Dog or cat must be 4 months old at the time of surgery
Current on rabies vaccination (we will cover the cost, if needed)
Pricing:
Cats: No additional cost at pickup ($50 total).
Dogs: An additional $50 is due at pickup ($100 total).
We encourage you to discuss any medical issues ahead of time with the veterinarian.
